This Return Policy explains the conditions and process for returning pets or related products purchased through our Platform.
1. General Policy
- Okiee Dokiee is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers.
- We do not directly sell or own pets listed on the platform.
- Returns are managed primarily by the individual seller, with Okiee Dokiee acting as a facilitator in certain cases.
- Any return must comply with local animal welfare laws.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
For Pets:
- The pet delivered does not match the description provided in the listing (e.g., breed, age, vaccination status).
- The pet is found to have a serious undisclosed health issue, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within a specific period after delivery.
- The transaction was made fraudulently or under misrepresentation.
For Products or Accessories:
- The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The item delivered was incorrect or not as described.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Buyer changes their mind after purchasing a pet.
- Failure by the buyer to provide proper care or environment.
- Normal behavior changes or pet adjustment issues after adoption.
- Items damaged due to buyer misuse.
- Food, treats, or hygiene products (for safety and health reasons).
4. Return Timeframe
- For pets: Returns must be requested within 1 days of delivery.
- For products: Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
- After the mentioned period, returns will not be accepted.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at okieedokiee.store@gmail.com within the eligible period.
- Provide proof of purchase, order details, and reason for return.
- For pets, submit a vet’s report (if applicable).
- We will review your request and coordinate with the seller.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
6. Return Conditions
- Pets must be returned in a safe, healthy, and unharmed condition.
- All original vaccination and health records must be provided with the return.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Shipping or transport costs may be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to seller error or fraud.
7. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must clearly state their individual return terms in listings.
- They must respond promptly to return requests.
- Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
8. Dispute Resolution
If the buyer and seller cannot agree, Okiee Dokiee may step in to mediate.
Our team will review the case and make a final decision, which will be binding on both parties.

We may revise this Return Policy from time to time. All updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
